Anna Silk was born in the month of January in 1974. Her most popular role is Bo, from the Showcase's Lost Girl television series. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk as well as Peter Silk have been the parents of Silk. Ilkay is a playwright and director and is a drama teacher on the drama department at St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna was a child and watched her mother at work and attending the rehearsals for her plays. The couple was married on April 10, 2011. renewed their vows in the Jewish celebration in Fredericton after she converted to Judaism. Silk Cooperman was blessed with her first child Samuel Jerome Cooperman May 2013 Levi Aaron, Silk's second child was born in the month of May 2016. Silk's TV work has included her part in Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received the Gemini Awards nod in 2009. The Canadian show Lost Girl cast her as Bo Dennis, the lead character in the succubus. Silk became pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale, and revealed this to viewers in the Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. Silk, who has been working on Lost Girl since the season's third finale episode was conceived on January 6 2013, announced on Twitter her intention to return the 4th of June 2013 when Showcase and Prodigy Pictures began production of fourth season. Silk's portrayal of Bo together with Lauren (Zoie Palmer) as same-sex lovers in the show Lost Girl was named one of the all-time Top TV Couples by CNN (Cable News Network) and named the Top TV Couple in 2013. The same was done by E! Entertainment Television. Silk is a huge social media following, including Facebook and Twitter as a direct result of its popularity.
